How Quickly Will I Receive My Order?
We aim to ship all orders the same business day they're placed. Delivery times depend on your location:
🇺🇸 US Customers
All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Expected delivery: 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Some customers receive their package within 1–2 days.
🌍 International Customers
Many countries receive USPS Global Priority Mail with delivery in 7–10 business days. For countries without Global Priority service, please allow approximately 2 weeks.
Your Privacy
Discreet Packaging — Always
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. "African Fly" will not appear anywhere on the outside of your package. No product information, no branding, no descriptions. The only identifier on the package is our parent company name, Ayers Naturals, listed as the sender.
Your privacy is important to us. We treat every order with the same level of discretion.

Shipping Policies
Free shipping on orders over $100. No minimum order requirement for any order — whether domestic or international.
Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping delays: While we ship as quickly as possible, mail service can sometimes experience delays outside our control. If there's an issue with your delivery, contact us and we'll do everything we can to resolve it.

The following countries currently accept USPS Global Priority Mail Service (7–10 business day delivery). Countries not listed below will receive standard international shipping with an estimated 2-week delivery window.
